Food Tour at Osh Bazaar

Join Apple Hostel for a delicious journey through Osh Bazaar, where every stop is a new taste of Kyrgyzstan! First, we stop by a bakery, tearing into warm, freshly baked lepeshka—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Next, we visit a street vendor, trying flaky, meat-filled samsa, straight from a traditional tandoor oven. Moving deeper into the market, we pause at the dairy section to sample kymyz, a tangy fermented mare’s milk, and nibble on kurut, salty dried yogurt balls. The spice stalls invite us with their vibrant colors and exotic aromas—we take a moment to smell and learn about their role in Kyrgyz cuisine.
